I was considering one of these because I really did like the 6S I had. But after having bigger phones for awhile trying to go back to this was rough. Just seeing the keyboard and trying to type on it compared to typing on the bigger phones I have had it was just a total turn off. Now if they made the 8 plus into possibly the new SE 3 plus then I might be tempted. That would depend on price and specs.
Can i go for it ?

I got this phone, I had it nearly a week. It’s horrible. This guy really doesn’t point out any of it’s big flaws at all. Firstly it comes with no charger. Wtf. There’s no back button at the bottom, so if you are used to and like that you won’t like this phone. There’s no ability to close all your apps in one go. Have to do it one by one. There’s no music player, only iTunes music player so it’s potentially impossible to have an offline music player that you download free music to from a downloaded app. So far I only found players that are online only. Terrible feature. The battery runs down quick as fuck. Like really quick. The no back button makes using the phone just difficult. The back of the phone is slippy as fuck, it slips off literally anything that isn’t a perfectly flat surface. I couldn’t edit alarms I set at all. The keyboard…it doesn’t remember emails regularly only in some occasions. And it can be oddly awkward editing writing with the cursor. Also at the very top of the screen you expect notification symbols to be there, on this one there’s nothing at all. They only exist on the pull down menu so if you like constant visible alerts like that they aren’t there. Idk if u can edit that on though. These are the main bad features but enough that I’m sending it bk to get a newer Sony because I came from a Sony and it’s just easier to use. The good features about it though are it runs quite quick but that may be because it’s new with tonnes of memory still but it does do everything noticeably quick. The AirPods are good. The sound is good and they are a good feature but you can get that tech with any phone now. The camera quality is definitely good. One negative I just remembered, screen is too small. So with that, if you’re a guy with bigger hands and fingers like me, this phone is too small keypad wise and the condensed screen doesn’t feel good. The phone does have a lot of extra apps that seem ok. But overall I’d say the cons outweigh the pros. I only got it for it’s AirPods and camera quality but they aren’t enough to actually keep it for me. No back button is extremely irritating. I would say to anyone considering this phone to get the 11 as it’s bigger. Also I don’t recommend a 5G phone as radiation in 5G is way higher than 4G. Personally I recommend Sony Xperia phones over this one. Some stuff on an iPhone is better but not enough to love it.
