I'm going to get this from having a Oneplus 7t. I wanted a smaller phone before the 7t but it was on sale so I choose the 7t. Now in covid days it's hard to communicate with my friends who all have iphones so I'm getting the mini PLUS I love the design it reminds me of my 5s that I loved so much. The mini is so perfect for me right now.

Wow! First time I’ve ever heard anyone call the SE hot garbage. Funny how people refer to older devices once a newer one comes along. Most people saw the SE as a bargain and great value for money. I mean what good is a phone with Face ID during a pandemic where everyone has to wear a mask. My iPad Air 4 is a joy to use because of the finger print scanner and the 12 mini has the Face ID like the iPad Pro 🤦‍♂️ I was considering getting the 12 mini then I learned of all the issues people were having with button inputs not registering 🤣🤣🤣 Interesting that this was not mentioned in this review. “The hot garbage” did not have this issue and is much cheaper. This seems like a case of the emperor and his new clothes tale. I’m still undecided. Wanted this phone because of the size but I’d rather get a phone that’s small, with finger print ID that has no problems with button inputs when used with tempered glass or used in a case. Is it it me or have I just described the SE as the the safe bet phone for me to go for?

Currently find myself eyeing up the 12 mini. Really don't understand the need for large phones anymore especially at home where If i want to watch stuff youtube etc i can just get my tablet out. And myself being cursed with small hands the mini would feel more comfortable to hold
I have an iPhone 11 that I find way too heavy and cumbersome. The iPhone 12 is lighter so was tempted, but you’ve definitely helped me make up my mind to get the Mini instead. Thanks!!

Was thinking of S20 FE. Saw 12 mini. Forgot about difference in price and bought 12 mini. Don't regret my decision. This is totally perfect smartphone. Kind of 5s with much more convenient screen, much much better CPU and with very good camera. Best choice at 2020 end / 2021 start.
I have bought the iPhone 12 mini 128GB for myself as a Christmas present. And since it's it five days until Christmas, it's still in its wrapping. After reading and watching reviews for weeks, I have started to wonder whether I should keep it or not. Is it worth the price? Hardly, as everything else from Apple. Many pros and cons. LOVE the small form factor, but... Sh*t, this is a tough one.
