I actually just bought the iPad air 2 About two weeks ago and I’m liking it a lot! It’s a great tablet I love Apple products I treated myself to an iPad and an iPhone This year and it was so fun. Got them both in white/silver 64gb which is perfect for me

Finally 1 year later from my last comment I bought an iPad Air 2 32g gold wifi !
Question: I bought a used iPad Air 2 and after wiping it and a fresh install, it updated to iOS 9.3.4 but I can't even turn on the wifi button. It's grayed out completely and can't move it at all. Do I need to add it to my cellular account in order to use wifi or is this another issue entirely? I've done so much research but haven't found an answer. Thing is- when I first turned it on when I met the seller the wifi was working and I even connected to my personal network. But after the iOS update it's broke. Thanks in advance!
