I'm an OG "craze" pre workout addict and I thought bang was pretty decent. Craze was banned for containing a meth like substance back in 2011ish. That was the ultimate pre workout lol

I agree the have alot of misinformation of muscle gains but the product is cheaper than c4 when you consider ingredient amount side by side c4 is a very cheap workout as well and so 8s bang very high end and extremly high stim preworkouts usually cost almost triple the amount bang cost but have more caffiene nootropics dmaas and other great stuff i remeber my uncle bought me a preworkout that was 50 dollars called nitra flex shit was crazy it literally made me vascular as hell and i had mad focus i later found out there are better preworkouts for the same price and cheaper but bang for sure is q god tier prework out for its insane price point considering is has almost the same ingredients as c4 ultimate and is way cheaper you should check out high end preworkouts like assassin or hooligan or dark matter man they are crazy also ima huge advocate for massive amounts of caffiene as it just works plain and simple
this is why I prefer to make my own pre-workout with the exact measurements for each ingredient I need for my size. I know what I'm getting and I can control or even omit the caffeine. Also it's cheaper too.

I have this orange flavored vitamin D supplement that contains dextrose and sucrose that seems to give me a lot of energy for hours. Never crashed. I never really understood what people mean when they say they crash after having sugar or caffeine though. I never experienced the crash and I've consumed my fair share of both caffeine and sugar.
