Bro which book language is so simple The following are my observations: 1) Rief seems to fit the method of study that is apt for me in the sense that it is Mathematically well explained and conceptually rich.
2) R.K Pathria is the book that was recommended to me by my professor, the concept of ensembles and the different types of ensembles have been very well explained in the book, however, as a whole, I found this book assumes expertise in mathematics(you could very well see that in the book, the authors do not show the mathematics behind each derivation clearly, they instead skip a lot of steps) and conceptually also as a whole this book is tougher than Rief.
3) Garg Bansal and Ghosh is conceptually not even close to either Pathria or Rief.
4)The book by Mehran Kardar is a masterpiece but definitely not for beginners. Which one have more problem with solutions? Plzz tell me Huang and Pathria 🤩gem of my UG course My preferences are...
1. F. Reif
2. Donald A. McQuarrie
3. Dr. Upendranath Nandi
McQuarrie is for MSc though. Only reif is left buy that one also 😂 Is JC upadhyaya good for iit jam? Very good explanation Sir Very good.all the best 🌺🌺 Superbly explained 👍 Nice explanation. Thank You Sir Thank you Vidya Mitra..
I am beginning to under about statistical thermodynamics more clearly. Thank you also to the professor who have summarised the module in such a easy and effective way. These professors need to adopt modern teaching attitude which is to being energetic+entertaining, as we know chemistry is most boring among all major sciences, so teacher need some extra efforts to impose chemistry onto the people.
