How can I make a career in next-generation sequencing data analysis?
So what happens after the DNA thats bound to the beads via the adaptors are sequenced and have their primers trimmed? You mentioned that that after the primers are trimmed, something is broken down into smaller fragments. You referring to the DNA thats been trimmed of its primers? I’m stuck at around 9:24 on this video.

The speaker halts, and hesitates so often, and hasn't thought out what he's going to say throughout the presentation. Lots of "ahhhhh", "errrr", "ummmmm", "well..." and "sooo...", repetitions, broken up sentences, searching for words, tongue-clicking. So there is no flow and he makes himself difficult to follow. The mobile phone signal interfering is also terrible. This vid could be so much better if the audio were recreated from a decent script. Please remake the audio xxx

NGS seems like a useful tool for the home kitchen. For example, if I want to know if my italian extra virgin olive oil really contains italian olives. As a student I face this problem every day, since I can't afford expensive italian brands.
