BE AWARE: Since some time the company ADATA has changed with out advising clients the type of controller and other parts for less quality. The controller, as shown in this video has a serial number SM2262EN which offers better speed and durability for SM2262G (with poor results).BE AWARE: THEY CHANGED SM2262EN For SM2262GThanks for the upload!!!!
Can I know Which version is this SSD? Why I checked the official website all the Adata XPG SX8200 Pro have read and write of 3500/3000 MB/s But why yours version is 3500/1200 ?
Dosent you need a stand off?
Thats not a heatsink its just so it looks better
@Jeremy Hooi what cloning software did you use to migrate the OS into the NVME SSD?
Is it true that the new controllers on the XPG 8200 pro & XPG Gammix s11 pro are worse than the old controllers ?
the drive got two sides. Does the heatsink effective, since its only cooled the upper side only?
I didn't get no screw
I installed mine before watching any videos. I made the mistake of putting on the sticker first to the front side. The m.2 slot had me flip the drive. Now the sticker side is on the inside facing the motherboard. Will that be a problem? Sticker is stuck on there pretty good. I do have another m.2 slot that will allow me to flip it. But it's behind the cpu cooler and GPU.

I am trying to find out the best way or easiest way to transfer windows from my original sata ssd to my new Adata xpg sx8200 pro. I have never transfered windows 10 before and I am a little new to comp building. Hope you can help me out.
fuck sake mate just use a normal mic
Dumb question: whats the difference between a 3.5 drive and this device? Isnt it the same?
bad installation
what the difference between the ones with one tab and the ones with two one on each side of the connector
I got the same one and my box says write up to 3000MB/s for 2tb version.
Do you need to put that "cooling" sticker on the drive? I haven't done it so far, but I am wondering if I should.
on which side of the drive do you attach the cooling sticker?how do you ever get to clone it? where is the cloning software? on the drive itself? kid forgetting to specify anything and doing the video unaware of anything. nice yt video very useful.i loved that section , and now i will clone. video stop. video come back again with screen showing cloning in progress. well your so fkin good to make the video installation
5:37 this is a dram inside an ssd benchmark not the ssd itself. you should set the test file with bigger value to get a better measurement. not a single ssd with NAND flash technology can achieve 200+ mbps on 4k read with qd=1 t=1 on CDM. even with NVME pcie gen 4 you can't do that. the only storage able to that is 3d xpoint. also ram disk can do it.
i cant format that ssd. i had problems. and now i am using for extra capacity.
Too much talk out of topic !!!! what the hell!
Why the fuck do some random videos on youtube go all "hey I can only do 480p bra"?I know for a fact I watched this on a higher res when it was new...
my laptop is Asus TUF FX504, does SSD Adata XPG SX8200 PRO 256GB M.2 NVMe support for my laptop?
Great presentation - thanks!
Wow. It used to be $200? Just ordered mine for a little over $100
Does this one slow down when it fills up?
These are going for 119 on amazon at the time of this comment.
ATTENTION to everyone Adata changed the controller with the slower SM2262G. Adata said that they are shipping the 2262EN and SM2262G at the same time. They intentionally gave reviewing samples which are the EN variant which are faster and now started to ship the G variant (which is slower and cheaper). The boxes are also the same.. So you play russian roulette when buying them. I hope the uploader sees this. You can also see allot of unhappy customers on their official amazon page.Edit: Also the unit seen here is the SM2262ENG which is the SM2262EN controller
Will this work in an z390 aorus pro wifi
these drives are really affordable now
Is it true that the new controllers on the XPG 8200 pro & XPG Gammix s11 pro are worse than the old controllers ?
I think you need to put a warning on this video. Adata has done a bait and switch. Apparently the new rubbish has dropped performance 41%
Its amazing how fast ssd prices are coming down. Right now in the UK the 2TB version of this drive can be had for just under 200 which is amazing.
Adata changes controller to lower performing How does this affect your opinion?
I won't switch from Samsung just because of easy of cloning and 5 year warranties.. Love samsung.
which one should I choose if the are exactly same price?
You talk too much
Samsung 970 Pro is marginally better than the Adata XPG SX8200.Currently, both are $139.99 for a 1tb drive. I'm going with the Samsung. If the price drops on the Adata by even $5 lower, I'd go with that.At this point, price is the only difference for me.
That Enermax is useless. Bought them 2 years ago, use it like 6month...My threadripper having a overheat issues and it was the Enermax Liqtech is rusting inside, the liquid is not flowing anymore. Total waste of money.
Every middle and high end setup I see has Samsung on it, Adata is not so well known in my country. Right now the XPG SX8200 Pro is almost half the price of the 970 EVO Plus... I guess there's no contest, at least for me. I'm just thinking of getting 512GB or 1TB.
Can someone help me I have this ssd installed however I get 2400mbps read and 1400 write why is it not the same level as this video
what adapter do i need with these because im confused asf if anyone can help pls reply tia.
Nice review. I benched my 1TB model when I first bought it and it matched the rated speeds. Tried benching it again just a few months later and getting approx 3200MB/s read speeds. Are performamce drops normal?
Geee beees
This is a great review! Keep up the good work!
Is there a video editing speed difference between 256 or 512 nvme size?
Best drive I have ever used. I have 2.
he looks like a apex legends hacker
ADATA ALL LIES YOUR SPEED DROPS TO 1/2 6 MONTHs LATTER win10 GET R.1700GB ^ W.1GB adata no real app drivers win10 says nope new driver not avail FOOK adata cheaper works ok ? samsung +$100 356 pro says same speed 3500 Hoodwinked by the Monkey c/o
how long to cook flied rice?
how long does it take to load Star Citizen? :D
Write speed is slower by 1gb, dunno why
Awesome video! Would love to see more game load speed tests. (Just ordered mine off Newegg, super excited! As well as a firecuda 2tb sshd for storage. I'm happy to say the least lol)
I'm planning to buy 1Tb variant of this ssd, if i'm install mmo games on this ssd alongside os. Will it affect tbw of this ssd and shorten the lifespan?
can use this on macbook pro 2015?
Is this reliable, is it still going?
thanks for the movie, good job. keep it going. you have my best wishes
Nice info. Good job
Which is better when compared to intel 760p
adata xpg gammix s11 pro, has better temperatures?

Hi, abracos do Brasil man.
it is ssd m.2 nvme
This a very a good memory card.
I think your chip set is little old for a M.2 boot drive from the board. Also I think the boards at the time only offered like half the speed but still lot better than SATA. I believe if you get an add on card for PCIe x 4 (note there are PCIe x1 cards available also that would give you the same speed you have now) and use PCIe 3 x 4 you are able to actually get some speed out of it. On your board it was never meant to be a boot drive so the speed wasn't priority and the drives of the day pretty much matched the speed. But note if you use another PCIe x 16 you might split your lanes to 8+8. I would try to keep the video on x 16 if possible even that it most likely only needs x 8. Most boards allow you to configure from bios.
. , ?
nice uhm....cable management.
This a very good memory card!
Informative and easy to follow.
