You forgot to put contact lense solution in the case with the contacts. If you do not add solution they will dry out and be useless.

hii i usually use “daily” but “monthly” is way more cheaper, and i just recently changed to monthly and i wanna ask do we have to clean our contacts everyday eventhough we are not using them?
I love TopVue Premium lenses, they are bi-weekly. I find the disposable ones very uncomfortable. I feel them move in my eyes.

Hi, thank you for your videos they helped me to decide to wear lenses more often. But I have a question, if I am using daily lenses do they need to be cleaned or washed with a solution? or it is okay to wear them straight from the package?
Well, what if I got a daily lenses but only wore them 2 hours - 4 hours so does that mean I should throw them?
If I have daily does that mean I can miss out a day or two if I want to wear my glasses instead?

I was prescribed lenses because they stabilise the number. My myopic number is still growing at the age of 20. Is that true? And my doc recommended monthly lenses after seeing the fitting and checking for allergies. As long as I'm cleaning them properly, I hope I'm at no risk?
Just go with Eye glasses instead. Totally hassle free!!!

I've been on Monthlies forever. I will be trying out Multifocal CLs soon on trial lenses soon. My doctor said they are available in dailies but I was concerned about cost. I've been on Acuvue vita lenses and recently switched to Acuvue Revitalens solution, which is very comfortable but expensive. Now I'm rethinking the dailies - it sure would be nice to not have to hassle with daily cleaning.
I've found that dailies dry out on my eyes within hours and become uncomfortable. I'll use monthly lenses but swap them out every 2-3 weeks and find that to be the best compromise.
My monthly one last 6 months
I think daily’s are best for beginners because when I was starting out I lost/broke a lot of contacts. But I like monthly’s better because it’s easier to remember to change them and I think it’s lest waste full.

I went for trial fittings this week and being able to drive home without wearing glasses was a great moment , we take our vision for granted so much.
I was only given the option for 2 week or dailies in my prescription. It seems like they don’t have many options for people with astigmatism in Japan. They only have axis of 90 or 180 available, but I need 100 in the right & 70 in the left ideally - so I got prescribed an axis of 90 for both eyes.
After 8 years of wearing glasses, I finally decided to switch to contact lenses and I ordered for the yearly contact lens because getting them monthly would be kind of hectic for me, if that makes any sense, so if I take care of them properly, would that be okay? I'm really scared, I don't want to have any eye infections. Note: I'm not going to be wearing them daily, only 3-4 times per month for my dental school practicals because I sweat alot and my glasses get foggy because of that, hence I cannot operate properly.
Roughly what's the price I would pay for monthly without insurance?

I find the hydraluxe is thick tooo , i find it even hard to put on and take off because its thicker and less flexible . Did you have this issue?

I definitely agree with your preference. The Moist version seems thinner and dry out much more quickly. The Oasys feel thicker, but are more comfortable and don't move/distort if you blink hard etc. While the Oasys have less water contact, they seems to stay hydrated and comfortable longer.

I bought a year’s worth of contacts... only to have to wear glasses everyday due to calcium deposits on the inside of my eyelid. 😭 now I just have contacts sitting in my bathroom and I can’t wear them. I loved wearing them everyday . My doc said I should t wear them anymore😭

Very informative!!! I have been wearing contacts for decades (there I go telling my age, lol 😬). I have been wearing Acuvue moists for a very long time and was thinking of switching it up. Like you I felt the Acuvue moists would dry out by the end of the day or I would have to use rewetting drops. Thank so much for the video. This makes ordering the Acuvue with Hydraluxe easier. I feel confident I'll be making a good switch. Thanks. :)

I just got these from my doctor on Monday, and so far so good! This is my first contact so I have nothing to compare them too, but I am really enjoying them. I have a strong prescription at -10 and got tired of my glasses! These have been great. Thanks for the review!
