I purchased leader SCOUT cycle, but I got damaged prodcut and I am following up with the leader cycles from last two days; they are not responding to phone calls and E-mails. Aslo the packing (not bubble wrapped) was also not proper whcih led to the scratches to the cycle body. 1. Scratches on the body 2. damaged sopkes of the wheel 3. Stickers are not properly applied 4.
