Did you consider that the rams have to be inserted into the right slots to enable dual channel? In most cases this are the slots 1 + 3 and 2 + 4. Looked like you used slot 1 + 2, thus dual channel is not used, which decreases performance.

Hey I have 5406 i7 1165G7 . The store I Brought says in their website is maximum capacity is 16 GB . But in like every video I watch it says 32 GB. Also In the website so as Dell website D9ntmention Type C can deliver power. CAN it or Cant it ? Also Can we add the 2nd M.2 Nvme slot with a Regular IT shop ?

when RAM of different sizes are compiled, they fuction as SDR in which only one ram operates at a time. While if we use same size RAM (8+8 OR 16+16) Then they work as double channel DDR, Both are used at same time. So go for another 8gb ram instead of 16gb. Or you can add two 16 gigs of ram if money is not the matter. In your situation you're actually using double ram as compared to starting. Not triple
