Glen became a curse for us! Worst quality ever! Service people have no idea about there job. Burners and knobs r made of low quality materials, it get destroyed day by day. Flame level is very low, cooking take double time compare to simple Sunflame stove. Unfortunately we got gas oven for rs. 55000 that never even worked and we could not repair it or return it or exchange for different model. We just say goodbye to our money. Our friends got the same experience with this useless company.

I’m planning to purchase hobs for my kitchen before buying wanted to know below information. 1) Is these models are very less during daily maintenance? 2) Is these models can be easily repair by local shops instead of approaching authorized dealer? 3) Is these models are compatible for Indian cooking like roti? 4) I saw some reviews saying maximum hobs stove are not compatible for indian cooking and Italian burner having low in flame. Appreciate your instant response

Don't buy prestige gas oven, their after sales service is horrible and pathetic too. I had logged a complaint on 21/12/20 to replace top unit of one burner and still no action has taken, spare is still not available!!! Can you imagine how careless are they? Don't buy else you will be harassed like me.

Not at all recommented, being user of this stove. At least one of the 4 burners will be either not sparking or not properly burning, fault always change from one burner to any other, that is the condition always from the purchasing time. The company must give the customers who bought this stove by misfortune, a good training to repair this stove as calling customer care regularly is boring for customers and also for the servicemen, besides will be charged after guarantee time. It will be better the company call back this product so that dissatisfaction of almost all cheated customers will be solved. Company, please dont ignore all these negative customer comments

Why this horrible music
Only use a Registered Gas installer. This is all wrong. Only rigid pipework or gas coucil approved/complient rigid protected stainless steel salus hoses, should be used. Also a form of isolation ie a gascock. Here in the uk the GasSafe register is put in place for a reason. That appliance would need a tightness test. A gas rate carried out and ventilation requirements need to be checked. Your warranty is also void if you do a Diy install. Don't cut corners with Gas, It could be Fatal .
I am a Gas Safe registered engineer and the way that has been shown here is wrong.Firstly in the U.K. a Gas hob has to be Hard piped especially if there is an oven at the front and as for the LPG installation well frankly I cannot think of anything more dangerous in connecting the hob to the Gas.That too should be Hard piped in copper.
