maine Havells ka 9W bulb liya, par iski working principal mujhe samajh nehi aya, bulb ko jab bhi charge karo bulb on state me charge hoga, mean 8-10 hours agar charge dena hoga to bekar me bulb glow karta rahega aur power consume karta rahega, uske baad only 4 ghanta backup.
