Pathetic product from a pathetic and incompetent company. I have installed 2 fans in my drawing room. Fans make a lot of motor noise, more than my 23 year old no name fans from 1997. I made a complaint about this to Atomberg 2 weeks back but the company after sales services are really bad. A company electrician came and made a video of the fans, told me it's a common problem with this model and then left. It has been a week and a half since the election visit, still nothing. I mailed them saying I will put up a complaint with the consumer court, they called me next morning and gave some faux commitment that someone will come and check soon and proper resolution will be provided but those were all lies as still I am sitting with these useless, expensive, noisemaking fans. Even their company electrician said that this is a common complaint with this product, and still they are selling this junk incompetent product everywhere. I this company does no R&D or testing before selling this product as there is OK tested sticker on the product but the product is clearly not OK or tested. Do not buy this fan, stick with renowned companies like Crompton, Orient as atleast their products are reliable and if a problem occurs they are not incompetent like these people at Atomberg. I am suffering with them, but I am writing this review hoping atleast 1 person is saved from this fiasco called Atomberg. Stay away and protect your mental health, as times are really tough nowdays and you don't want a fan giving you additional unnecessary headaches
