Question. I already bought this exact one. I been working out hard for five months just regular eating but a lot healthier and I always drink a lot of water. When I started working out I wasn’t fat I was skinny with little bit of man boobs and little bit of a guy. Since I been working out Iv gained 7 pounds. I was 170 now I’m 177.
