Of course eating the right way is supposed to be the main way ur intaking your protein but you guys say it urself u drink a shake after ur workout so wouldn't you want to intake the best most pure protein that ur body can absorb faster so u see the best results!? Not take some crappy cheap high calorie protein thats protein not in its purest form just because your eating right

Is my go to, is very light on the stomach, loaded with aminos, 30 G protein, not the typical 24, it's good stuff, it's expensive, but to each his own.
Agreed when it comes to whole foods. I have been told many times that supplements are a fraud and the only thing that really helps is steroids and HGH. However i don't have access to either of those, so i take a chance on supplements. I just started taking one scoop of hydro whey mixed with bcaa after my workout and after a couple hours i take a scoop of casein before bed.

i tried the turbo chocolate and strawberry boost was it? Anyways, they are good for lactose intolerant people. secondly with my own experience i can say that its really light on your stomach. alot of normal isolates just feel heavy after you've taken them.
just stick ti a hydro-isolate blend, hydro whey by it,s self is to low in calories.

I have drinking this for 2 yrs and got me sick. I never again I drink it. Now I am trying to eat health to have a baby , because I ask to the dr. if its Ok to drink Platinum Hydro and she told me to Avoid it. That eat some real food that have protein. And the best protein is Ensure . I drink it now and is good it does not produce me stomaches or nothing. I notice the difference. So if you guys have wife let them know or ask to the dr. I hope so I can help some one with this information.
Who said anybody is sitting at home drinking glasses of hydro whey?It's a supplement which is handy for post workout and incade you miss a meal and need a quick replacement.. You guys give some shitty advice.. In my opinion it's all about your way and that's it.. Look at the men's physique pros Sadik hadzovic, Jason poston, Jeremy buendia and Logan Franklin etc.. These guys use supplements.. Their not a waste of money unless you buy cheap shit.. ON is a great brand and I've used plenty of their supplements in my diet. And I'm making great gains. Just because you guys dislike it, doesn't mean it's a load of crap. Their handy to use in very well balanced diet c'mon guys!

You say most of our protein should come from our food (true) & We should'nt be sat at home drinking "glasses" of Hydro whey, waist of money etc etc. Hydro whey has probably the smallest intake quantity iv seen! ONE scoop with just 12oz of water! Its barely half a mixing cup,30g per serving. So how can this be 85-95% of our daily protein? Also would'nt they tell the customer to use more if it was just a rip off? Compare this to some Cheap nasty crap full of sugar an additives..2-3 scoops & 30oz+ of water 3 times a day etc etc... leaving you bloated as hell. You claim that any old protein powder will do, thats far from acurate. Also do you think you should really be giving negative reviews on something you have'nt even used yourselves?
