I tried it, it was absolutely horrendous! It doesn't taste like chocolate peanut butter whatsoever, if you try to have it daily - 1-2 weeks and you're gonna have a hard time swallowing this bastard.

If you do some research you'll find out that casein is basically the garbage protein left over from making whey. They actually use it to make types of glue. The "time release" is just a fancy way of saying it clogs up your system.

I use white chocolate with water and it tastes really good, BUT when you mix it with milk, banana and coffee (sometimes a little bit of cocoa), the flavor is UNREAL.  Also, I use it on my pancakes mix, to give it a different and sweeter flavor. You're welcome

In this regard, Optimum Gold Standard isn’t up to scratch. The king of protein powders mixed with water is Giant Sports Delicious Protein; nothing comes close. Runners up would be EHP Labs, Scitec 100% Whey and Muscle Nation. BSN Syntha 6 mixes up nice and thick but is loaded with carbs, so wouldn’t recommend it.

Optimum Nutrition is my favorite supplement brand. There's others that taste good but over all ON is the best to me. My pre-workout, protein to multivitamins are great.
