I’ve had it in storage and when I took out the last filter it had black spots which I think is black mold. Although the nebulizer was in its box away from getting wet mold travels and find its way to any moisture. Anyway cleaned the filter compartment area and replaced the filter. Because their is no way to get pass the filter compartment hole that goes into the machine I couldn’t do any more. Machine is clean and wasn’t wet but was wondering if any damage was done. It runs perfectly. Thanks

Its very lightweight. I like it. I just bought it at the local drug supply store yesterday. I used it today. Where is the air filter? Can I use any mask on this NE-C801because you are sold on on the masks on your website?
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE to buy a replacement adapter from? Or what kind of adapter it needs. I’ve bought 2 replacements from two separate online retailers and both times they would not work for this model. Not even the universal adapter I have that has all the different attachments doesn’t work for it! I don’t know what to do!!!🤷‍♀️

What happens if the medicine isn't being diffused right? Like the steam is not coming out of the mouthpiece hole, but the sides instead.
Is this NE-C801 better than the NE-C803 Omron Elite Mini model?, i´m trying to decide which one to use, i'd pick the one that creates the smallest particles.
Is this still being used.  I like it.  I could prescribe the proper medicine for it's usage.  Great work.
