Whats a normal reading for Systolic and Diastolic and pulse? I couldnt find it in the manual
Finally found your video, its good but i think people here have more comments about your own bpm rate. Anyways, nicely done, when i first did my reading, it started high and did it a few more times and it lowered quite nicely. Ive had it over 4 years now and is very good. Took a reading of mine yesterday evening and read 113/82 so both green lights were on.

If you cuff it to your forearm instead of the upper arm a lower pressure reading , then if you raise your arm above your head even less but to get the lowest reading you have to lay flat on your back with one or both arms straight upward . This unit says to have your arms even with your hart which I did that and also had it measured with a blood pressure machine that you would find in a drug store or grocery store and the results from the one in the drug store were the same as the way this guy is sitting which is slightly below his heart . Seems like the lower your arms are the higher the blood pressure readings . Measurements while laying down and arms above head I would assume are true resting heart rate numbers but what numbers we should go by are the numbers we get from the position this guy is sitting at but maybe have your arms elevated a little bit higher ( like a couple inches ) . My actual readings were 147 to 153 with my arms straight down by my side sitting in a chair , then 133 with them on a table , then 120-123 with my arms even with my sternum sitting in a chair , then 109 with my cuffed arm which my hand was on top of my head sitting in a chair , but the lowest I got was 80 laying in bed after all other test for 15 minutes and had my hands straight upward and maybe had my feet elevated but can't remember if they were or weren't . But I believe the purpose of blood pressure monitoring isn't to see what the lowest rate you can achieve but whatever your rate is just sitting but me personally I think it should be measured by doing simple task . Even though we shouldn't have high blood pressure just sitting which I have . Dehydration and Constipation contribute to high blood pressure .
Those numbers are beyond Hypertwnsion Stage 2 so I think something is wrong. Maybe the cuff position. You wouldn't be talking coherently if your BP was that high.
I bought one a year ago and now its giving erratic BP numbers and error codes. New batteries, checked everything, but still not working right.

these gadgets are said to be unreliable. how many BP points allowance should these things' readouts be reckoned vis-a-vis (more accurate) manual readings as i don't trust my TERUMO device's 97/77 levels?

Omron Healthcare is a low class operation. Their customer service phone line is barely open. They have better hours compared to banker's hours. I think Omron should lower their prices because customer service is not included.
