I started gym before 1.5 month 6/7 almost 2 hours daily. I work 8 9 hours in a heavy job with alot of weight after work i eat a bit and take a protein(whey isolate zero the blue one) after gym i hit 1 more too is this the correct protein? I take 5g of creatine too after work

I look at the serving size (grams) to the actual amount of protein per serving as well, it's really a no-brainer if you think about it. So if you have a protein that the serving size is 36g, but only has 20g of protein, that tells you there is 16g of junk that isn't protein and probably has a very long ingredient list. I'm looking for a serving size that is the closest to the amount of protein, and the shortest ingredients list possible. I don't want a bunch of artificial sweeteners, and fillers in my "whey protein".

hi dude.. which nutrimed flavour tastes the best ? I've used strawberry and deluxe chocolate..and both really suck...specially the strawberry.. I however had no issues with digestion or fart attacks or constipation which I've had when I used other products..so hoping to stick with nutrimed... So which flavour would be the best? Finally someone made a video on this topic...hats off to you bro, I was too lazy to make a video on this and explain why it makes more sense for majority gym goers and fitness conscious people to use concentrate and not waste money on Isolate!! One additional point that supplement companies and influencers advocate for use of Isolate and Hydrolysate over concentrate is for lactose intolerant people.....not really sure how true this is and how many lactose intolerant people have actually found a difference...Anyways very sensible video as it shows quantification of savings in money over a year!
