How do you know if ur responsive to creating
1. Use Creatine Monohydrate unless you experience bloating or other digestive issues. 2. Take 20-25 grams a day during your first week of use, then transition to using 3-5 grams a day after that. 3 . Take it in 5 gram increments throughout the day to prevent stomach issues 4. Take the Creatine with protein and carbs the first week 5. Add a little sugar to whatever your taking the creatine with for the first week 6.After the first week you can take the creatine with anything, doesn't matter if its water or food or a protein shake. 7.Take the creatine in close proximity to your workout, not randomly during the day. 8.Taking Creatine will only give a small boost to your results, and it does not replace having a solid workout and diet plan.

@ 6:30 where it says 20-30% of people are refractory to creatine. You can increase chances of absorption in the small intestines by eating red meat with it. also you kind of need to be strength training for a time as well getting more water than you need to facilitate its transport in muscle cells. Clearance from the kidneys via blood plasma also affects its distribution and absorption as it is an unnatural concentration of a supplement. as a result of looking at it pharmocologically, diet and certain medications naturally will effect its distribution and clearance. Physically the creatine is so concentrated some people will not absorb pure creatine monohydrate (but may give you squirts instead!) but will get it from the red meat and other things. Eating foods rich in creatine will increase absorption as well as doing high weight low reps which will deplete the creatine in the muscle telling it that it needs more than last time which will eventually, over time, (many weeks) train your cellular metabolism to transport more creatine into the cell ( creatine is natural substance and muscle cells and other tissues will have it). so drink water, eat things that have creatine, and do low rep high weight lifts ( easiest to start with is legs- deadlifts squats ect)

I mean, testboosters do work technically, it's just that they help you in a really small scale, which begs the question, are they worth it? I wouldn't really call them useless though, if you've been lifting for a good while (1 year minimum) and your gains start to come to a halt, they can help you somewhat.
