In Windows mouse settings, you may be able to change scrolling sensitivity, not certain in Mac. Peace

Have you tried the Kensington Expert Mouse Trackball? Takes up a little more real estate, but SO comfortable and allows you to zip all over the place as ease. The wireless version has Bluetooth.

9:20 “you just use the scroll wheel” while you’re not using the scroll wheel, can you spin the wheel to scroll like on the Kensington slim blade?
And just an update: I just got the trackball recently (about 2 days ago). I have it paired to my laptop now but it I paired it with my iPad first, tested the movement of the cursor and unpaired it. Enjoying the trackball especially the scroll ring.

I have had the Kensington wireless expert trackball (WIRE) Since the 1990s and I have not only bought it for myself over the years plus I have gifted a couple of Libraries with it. If you have arthritis IT IS THE ABSOLUTE GODSEND. You will never have to move a mouse, the ball does it all and you will never have a HAND CRAMP again. You simply touch the ball and GO. No holding anything. Now I have the wireless Kensington Expert Mouse and it is not "JUST" a mouse...it is as important as the COMPUTER I OWN. There is nothing else I have seen on the market that even comes close. As soon as I get a new computer, Either I update my Kensington Expert Mouse wireless trackball or buy a new one. Simple, it is a must for me. NO PAD, NO MOVING THE MOUSE, NO HOLDING A MOUSE. There are not enough words to express that after some 30 years, I would break down and cry if the Expert Mouse went away...AT ANY PRICE. How much is the trackball being a part of being ONE WITH THE COMPUTER worth? How much is no carpal tunnel damage worth? At 80 NO "mouse" problem is what I have.

Great review. I'm looking to replace an old USB Logitech trackball that the software isn't supported on Windows 8.1 and the right button no longer works. I'm considering getting this one but the USB wired version. I'm an incomplete quadriplegic and it's easier for me to use a trackball. The downside of the Kensington is the trackball easily comes out if it is turned, unlike Logitech. I would have to remind someone that happen if they were to pick it up.

Thanks for the video! When you scroll using the ring, does the friction of the ring plastic and the surface under sounds weird, like the 2 plastic surfaces rubbing each other? Mine does!. I just downloaded the latest KensingtonWorks app and the pointer speed and sensitivity is the same no matter how fast or slow you set it up. ALso the ring reverse doesn't work either. I am considering returning it. Could you tell me if yours does the same?
I have the wired version but I do wish they changed the connection of the wrist connectors because they break off after a while
A bit lenghty video but nicely informational about the practical side, like how the wrist rest is attached. I'm buying this product for left hand to give more rest for right mouse hand whenever doing just light working.
I also recommend an ergodox keyboard.
