I recently bought this card (acx 3.0) used, runs flight simulator 2020 on high settings 1080p.

My leds are super low I tried changing it on Led visualizer no luck.
Idk if there's something wrong with my 1080 sc? But it turns the fans almost up to 3000 rpm and like 88% speed, it sounds like a starting jet engine.

I heard that this EVGA GTX 1080/1080ti SC has the same PCB as founders edition... Anyone know if it's true? I have a Founders Bykski RGB 1070~1080ti F.E. Waterblock taken off of my broken 1070ti, but I'm not able to find other 1080ti F.E. PCBs to choose from. I know for a fact that the PNY 1080ti blower card, the EVGA 1080ti SC and SC Black Edition uses the founder's edition PCB. Don't know why but it's really hard to find out if a GPU uses F.E. PCB's Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks...

I'm a first time builder so far I have a Lian Li 011 dynamic case / Asus prime X470 pro mother board /Ryzen 5 2600x cpu / Gskills Trident ZRGB DDR3000 Ram. I'm not sure if I should go with a high end 1070 like EVGA for the win hybrid or a low end 1080 like EVGA GTX 1080 SC.what do you think.

I was looking on EVGA shop; SC and regular 1080 are the same. Only difference is that SC comes with higher clock out of the box, but regular one is cheaper. Is it safe to raise the "normal" one to same clock speed as SC?
