I'm confused because if you compare the nutrition chart both for 100g not per serving, the diet whey is less in calories, fat, netcarbs and sugar. If one has it like any other protein blend, then it's much diet-appropriate than impact whey. Any thoughts??

They actually have a diet protein blend tailored for women that’s less calories and more protein than the impact diet whey. That’s the one I ended up buying because it made more sense.

Maybe i am wrong, but i think that the Impact Diet Whey was develope to be a sort of replace meal without carbs with a suggested portion of 60 grams, the cal are the same of Protein Replace Meal . Instead the Impact Whey Protein have a less suggested portion (25g) and so have less cal
My brother mistakenly brought the my protein diet whey in cookies and cream and its was disgusting. When you put it in anything it started fizzy and wouldn't mix properly and smelt and tasted horrible. 🤮 Maybe he had a dodgy bag 😕 but I'm put off buying anything off there now haha.
