This gizmo is a piece of garbage. The company I'm trapped at working for uses these as part of their covid-19 screening. If I'm sent home from work, I'll sue. At least that'd be an easy court battle.
Totally inaccurate! What a shame. Very expensive and uncertain. Such a waste. So far different from ear temperatures. Why u create this with such a low quality like this ?

I recently bought it, and i face some weird mesuarments for me and my family. If you read the manual you can find that works in temperatures between 15-40C. Well if you have it on a table or somewhere else the temperature might be lower and will show you error. Or it will be low anyway and you will get the false measurements. My brother "had" 39.4 which should be noticeable fever but he was feeling great. I just try to warm up the thermometer by putting it inside my jacket for 5 mins and increas it's temperature from my body heat. Then the mesuarment was 36.4. And then the same good body temperature came for the whole family. So i guess that's the problem with this device. It doesn't work correctly if it's temperature is lower than 20C (I GUESS)
This product is absolutely unsteady and most expensive product in market.  Just a trash, what a shame... Sometimes more than 1°C uncertain...
Temps are not accurate.
There is an error code that comes on used it like 3 times

Its a piece of crap do not recommend it. Its very inaccurate. My in ear thermometer will show 36.6 when this piece of garbage say 34.5 ...
At our school we have been measuring temperatures with an automated thermometer from thermosignal.com so we don’t have to have someone dedicated to taking temperatures, it’s saving us a lot of time

I wonder if there is a calibration. I go to different facilities a d they check my temp. And they all have different readings. 95 to 97.
3-23-2020 jacksonville ,fl *coronavirus* I'm at the front gate checking employees. 80 employees checked, 4 had to be read multiple times due to error code. Def not very accurate which sucks because I'm not trained for this and they didn't give me any protective gear. Use it if u cant find anything else is what I'd say. (My experience)
Why would a temporal temperature show 101.1 degrees and an oral temperature show 97.8 degrees? Very inconsistent.
I wish I would have seen your review first. I got this and almost chocked trying to fit this in my mouth and rectum. I didn’t know it was for forehead.
My daughter is currently sick and has been running a fever for the past several days now.This product is very inconsistent and inaccurate; especially when you’re actually running a fever.

Just because it says no touch doesn’t mean anything people. It says in the manual it’s a touch and no touch thermometer. Chill out.

No really dont touch the head
You're using it wrong.  It's a "no touch;" you do not touch the forehead with it. Tutorial is wrong.
If I would choose between an ear and forehead thermometer, I will choose the forehead one and of course, the non-contact/no touch type of thermometer. Why?
