Guys dont buy ASUS products, their customer service is poor. DO not be FOOLED after buying the ASUS product What is the use of releasing such Trending products with cheap customer support. They dont even respond properly with the queries. For simple issues customer support sends mail asking to contact or leave a feedback to CEO of ASUS. This is the worst experience which i ever had with. Hell the customer support, and the website of ASUS, which they keep deleting the products.

One thing to note that's come up in regards to the RAM - it looks as though if a larger module is installed the first 8 GB will run in dual channel with the balance running single channel. This will still likely result in some performance issues that would not be there if the half of the RAM wasn't soldered.

The fan appears to run constantly at about 1300rpm. This seems impossible to turn off and creates a constant whirl in the background. Yeah "its not as loud of others" but is amazingly odd the user isn't allowed to control the fan profile. I've tried a few 3rd party apps and none seem to work (and I can't access the bios either!). Additionally, default power options with Wifi are max power saving is stupid. My daughter was complaining that her wifi was broken and was almost convinved to buy a new computer. The trackpad sensetivity is also odd. I get jumps a lot. Outside of that, screen is awesome, and the keypad is SOLID! Such a step up from the soft flexy old asus's. Nor as thin profile as the zenbook (which doesn't give the same tactile feedback). The CHIP, awesomeness

hello tell me... i have asus same laptop i asking you i can do 6gb ram to 8gb ram..
I recently got the exact laptop. sure it can play plugged in. but I got the laptop to do some light gaming on minecraft and don't starve together while on battery when I am out. from what I gather is that it uses 90% to 100% cpu while plugged. but it only uses 25% and dips to 6% cpu usage while unplugged. which caused framerates to dip every 10 seconds to 4fps. no matter how hard or easy the tasks are it dips hard in a stuttery mess. I optimized amd settings, power settings to be max performance, ryzen controller and lastly bios. nothing worked. is there a hidden option in bios for the limitations on battery in the bios maybe? if so is there a special key to get into advanced bios? it would be awesome if you get back to me ☺️ thanks. ps it is the 3500u version I have.
