I workout 6 days a week , I train 3 days in MMA and 3 days in the weights section , and I am currently recovering just about fine without a single supplement. However, I could use one scoop atleast in a day , butnthe main point being , it really doesn't matter if it's concentrate,isolate or hydrolized

Optimum is one of the worst tasting whey proteins I’ve ever had. I’ve had the double rich chocolate and extreme milk chocolate flavors and both had strong chemical aftertaste to them and left me feeling sick and nauseated. I tried dymatize cocoa pebbles flavor for the first time recently and absolutely loved it. Tastes like chocolate with no awful aftertaste and didn’t leave me feeling sick.
How is the iso100 expensive? I got mines from Sam’s club for 40 bucks and the protein powder is huge at 55 servings

I found using dymatize i get better results. Here in New Zealand its $99.95 for a 3lb tub 43 servings i think thats good also the quality in it aswell.

I have used both products. I drink protein shakes to stop muscle loss and also to be able to get my 80 grams of daily protein after weight loss surgery.
Do you really need to drink protein within 30minutes? And what if you do cardio after weights is it 30 minutes after weights or 30 minutes after cardio lol
Gold standard is always clumpy and doesn’t mix properly with milk, whereas ISO is the exact opposite. ISO > Gold
